Few parts in a cylinder head work as hard for their size as the rocker arm, and RADO Engineering builds them with that in mind. Our Rajkot unit focuses on rocker arm manufacturing for small-displacement petrol engines, with a 2 wheelers rocker arm line for motorcycles and scooters and a 3 wheelers rocker arm line for auto-rickshaws. We cut them from OEM medium carbon steel, and we can make stainless versions when an order requires that.
The catalogue is set up for Hero, Honda, TVS, Yamaha, Kinetic, Mahindra, LML, Suzuki, and Bajaj vehicles, so one purchase order can cover a mixed stock of fast-moving models.

Inside the head, the cam lobe only rises and falls. The valve needs to be pushed straight down. The rocker arm sits between them and turns one motion into the other. Miss the geometry by a fraction of a millimetre and the valve opens late, closes early, or hammers its seat.
Both ends of the arm take a beating. The pad that meets the cam and the tip that meets the valve stem are in constant sliding contact, so RADO hardens those two spots and leaves the rest of the body tougher and more forgiving. Think of it as a hard shell over a resilient frame.
Speed adds to the challenge. A performance motorcycle turning 8,000 RPM asks each arm to complete roughly 67 opening events every second. Ordinary stock cannot keep that up for long without ticking, drifting timing, and worn tips.
Made for engines that spin fast and idle often, from budget commuters in the 100 to 125cc class, such as many Hero, Bajaj, TVS, and Honda models, up to larger 150cc-plus machines from Yamaha and Suzuki where valve train precision shows up in throttle response.
Made for the long shifts of an auto-rickshaw, where an engine seldom gets a rest. The ones we supply suit the three-wheeler and rickshaw applications, including vehicles from Mahindra and Bajaj. Kinetic and LML owners also stay covered when they need a spare, since our OEM-matched dimensions extend to those models as well.
Holding these five points steady is what lets the arm fit without shims and keeps valve lift close to the original design.
Medium carbon steel gives us a body that resists bending and cracking under the push of the cam and the return force of the valve spring, and it accepts induction hardening where wear concentrates. For customers working in humid or coastal regions, stainless steel is an option that resists rust better.

It transfers the lift of the cam to the valve stem, pivoting like a small seesaw so the valve opens and closes at the right moment.
For engines exposed to moisture or salty air, where rust resistance is worth more than the default option.
